Margo Duesterhaus is President and co-owner of Triple TeQ, a small business that focuses on integrating people, processes and technology to create successful projects and organizations. She is an avid solution seeker, loves innovation and is passionate about all things that are regenerative. She has over 30 years of experience in organizational effectiveness consulting, program management and system design and development with a variety of organizations including NASA, NOAA, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She has degrees in Computer Science, Astronomy and Organizational Learning. She has been a Chief Learning Officer of a large commercial business and is experienced in face-to-face and online meeting facilitation and has provided training on topics including communication skills, time management, the ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’, project management, quality management systems, leading effective meetings, and software applications.
She is a Seasteading Ambassador, President of her neighborhood community association and a founding member of Transition Howard County, which focuses on creating locally sustainable and resilient communities. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Community Ecology Institute, a nonprofit focused on fostering healthy communities through connection with nature.
